Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Order by 2pm for next day delivery*

We'll dispatch the same day for all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

This means *if you have ordered before 2pm, selected and paid for next day delivery and your delivery address is on the UK mainland you should get your order delivered the next working day. (If you selected standard or free shipping this will take around 2 to 3 working days to get to you).

When calculating the number of days for delivery, please do not include either Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays as they are classed as non working days.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch on UK deliveries before contacting us regarding a non-delivery. If you miss a delivery or you have a problem, please try to contact the couriers first with your tracking number.

United Kingdom Shipping options:

  • £3.95 2-3 Day Standard Service.
  • £4.95 Next Working Day Priority Service.
    Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day.

International Shipping

We'll aim to dispatch the same day for all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Shipping to the EU normally takes around 7-10 days and we ask you to allow up to 28 days for delivery to certain countries outside the EU.

When calculating the number of days for delivery, please do not include either Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays as they are classed as non working days.

RETURNS:

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging, and return postage.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, to avoid damage in the post.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges.
