Position: E-Commerce & Product Listing

SNEAKERSER is looking to hire an eCommerce Product Listings Creator and Customer Services Assistant. 

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in an established eCommerce business. Our company is a fast-growing Sneaker Care & Repair Business selling premium Sneaker Care, sneaker restoration and lifestyle products, based in Glasgow, we are currently looking for a key member of staff to help drive our eCommerce forward to the next level.

The successful applicant will be responsible and reliable, someone we can really count on who has a willingness and desire to learn. Strong administrative experience is essential, you will need to be very organised and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and be highly competent in IT skills. You must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, learn new processes, manage your own workload effectively and always be looking for efficiencies and better ways of doing things. 

The Role:

Working for SNEAKERSER in eCommerce involves a varied workload, some of your duties will be: 

Creating accurate, detailed and engaging product listings for Amazon and similar eCommerce sites

Customer Services - dealing with customer enquiries via email and phone, and order returns 

Product photography, including simple editing of images on editing software/ Apps. 

Managing stock levels & sales reports.

Skills & Experience:

The following skills and experience are required for this role: 

At least 1 years previous experience in a similar/comparable job. 

Creating and updating online product content – descriptions, keywords, photos.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and its basic formula. 

Previous use of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and similar eCommerce sites

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (or similar). 

Promoting business through social media.  

Experience: Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

Position: Sneaker Care Technician

Start Date: November / December 2020

Job Description:

SNEAKERSER is looking to hire Sneaker Care technicians for our new store within Selfridges, Oxford Street, London.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in an established sneaker laundry environment. Our company is a fast-growing sneaker care & repair business selling premium sneaker care, sneaker restoration and lifestyle products, we are currently looking for team members to provide an unrivalled sneaker laundry service to our customers.

The successful applicant will be responsible and reliable, have good attention to detail and thorough in their work space, have a willingness and desire to learn. You will need to be very organised and able to demonstrate a high level of skills. You must be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team, learn new processes, manage your own workload effectively and always be looking for efficiencies and better ways of doing things. 

The Role:

Working for SNEAKERSER Laundry and retail store.

Providing a professional consultation to customers.

Engaging with customers, Selfridges in store brands and staff.

Processing sneakers & providing invoices for customers.

Basic photography (before & after images etc)

Managing stock levels & sales reports.

Skills & Experience:

The following skills and experience are required for this role: 

Some previous experience in a similar/comparable job would be great but not essential.
